If you find duplicate contacts you can combine the two, into one merged record.

1. Select the contact you wish to merge (this contact will be deleted after the process is complete)

2. Enter the search criteria, and select the magnifying glass.

3. select a contact from the search results

4. A confirmation box will appear to ensure that you are sure you wish to merge these contacts.

A similar process is carried out to merge companies, starting on the company page.

Note: If you have linked your Legrand Cloud CRM to an accounting package such as quickbooks, xero etc. depending on which settings you have selected for sync, you may or may not be able to merge from those contacts.
